Dinesh Regmi (27), a
wholesaler of cigarette and mobile recharge cards of Panchthar, who was missing
since Sunday afternoon, was found dead under mysterious circumstances on
Tuesday morning.
According to Inspector Geet
Narayan Chaudhary of the Area Police Office, Rabi, Regmi was found dead at the
Raute Jungle of Phuyntap-5 of Ilam at around 10 am yesterday.
It has been learned that he had left his shop at around 4:00pm on Sunday saying
that he had to repair a dish home in neighbouring Sarangkot VDC, but did not
return.
His motorbike was found at
the Raute Jungle on Tuesday morning.
“It looks like a premediated
murder. We are looking into the case,” Inspector Chaudhary said.
